Disney Dancing (Pre-Ballet/Movement): Ages 3-5

• Fun-filled class exposing children ages 3-5 to dance through their favorite Disney Songs. They will learn basic ballet technique, terminology and movements. Students will do fun sing along songs as well.

• Energetic class exposing children ages 4-6 to very basic hip hop steps. They will start to learn how to put their steps to rhythms of the music and also express themselves through their own unique and creative style.

• This class is an extension of the Disney Dancing I class. The students will continue to learn basic ballet technique, terminology and movements while dancing to Disney Songs. Students will begin to  connect basic ballet steps into short phrases of movement.

• Introduction to Ballet and Jazz movement. Students will learn the fundamentals of ballet positions, technique, and terminology while connecting ballet steps into combinations. Students will use ballet technique to lead into basic jazz steps and short combinations.

Ballet I & Intro to Leaps/Turns/Technique: Ages 8-12

•6-week session for $94

 

• This class is for those that are new to ballet or have had little to no technique training in the past. Focus will be on learning basic ballet terms and technique. Dancers will spend most of the time at the barré working on correct alignment, turn out, and balance, but will also be introduced to simple turns and jumps across the floor. This class will perform in the final performance.
